I have gotten to know the brethren that frequent there every morning on a friendly and more personal level, and often we just share our thoughts or plans for the day. If you haven't done so, stop in for breakfast and see what I mean. There is always plenty of bacon!

Time to get back to basics.
I cheated myself for a long time by mixing BBQ sauce into the finished pork. Tasting sauce and not the smoky goodness of the pork. This thread really changed my entire pulled pork view and approach. Lots of great threads but this one had the most impact for me.

I think more in terms of a theme than an individual thread. I have always appreciated the ones who encourage cooks to relax and enjoy the journey. There's nothing that kills the fun of grilling and smoking like your own expectations. I learned to appreciate what was good about what I cook rather than bemoaning a lack of perfection.
