There are lots of great and useful threads here, but the Unofficial Brethren Penalty Box https://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=46200 has to be one of my favorites. I have gotten to know the brethren that frequent there every morning on a friendly and more personal level, and often we just share our thoughts or plans for the day. If you haven't done so, stop in for breakfast and see what I mean. There is always plenty of bacon!

Many great threads. One of my faves was Titch's camping trip into the outback years ago. Many great pics. Can someone find and post the link?

Wish Titch would return...

Say..is the wabbit's hand position an accident?

I think more in terms of a theme than an individual thread. I have always appreciated the ones who encourage cooks to relax and enjoy the journey. There's nothing that kills the fun of grilling and smoking like your own expectations. I learned to appreciate what was good about what I cook rather than bemoaning a lack of perfection.

IMPOSSIBLE to nail it down to ONE single thread, there are SO many great ones! Since this is posted in Qtalk, I’ll keep it to threads here.

Two that come to mind right away are dishes that have become a regular part of our food rotation:

I showed this to The Missus shortly after Sako posted, and she said” We are so cooking that!” The rest is history, and we enjoy this often.

Bourbon Barrel’s Nashville Hot Chicken Sammich:

THIS is the way a video tutorial should be! Better than any Nashville Chicken joint’s I’ve had!
