What is "turbinado sugar" and where is it found?

I prefer farm raised turbinados. They seem to produce more volume without the gamey flavor of the free range ones.

Turbinado Sugar is a dark brown fine-grained crunchy specialty sugar that has been steam cleaned. It is light brown in color and coarse grained, with a slight molasses flavor. It is a completely pure, natural, and chemical free sugar.
Why it is healthy--

Guys, I bought: Domino brand Pure Cane Certified Organic Sugar. It does not say "Turbinado" any where on the package. Still good stuff though? It is a very light brown in color.
