Weeping ribs

Music = the sound the ribs make. the more intense and steady the more you are in the weeping zone. Notice also its right when they have a nice bend but not much cracking... maybe a little

I wish I could afford ribs. Not saying I can't but bang for buck there is a lot better value protein out there.
