BBQ Bacon
is One Chatty Farker
Decided to make pasta for Saturday's dinner. Why not make it from scratch...and old school.
Flour salt and egg.
Stir a little then add some water.
Continue to form a ball, then wrap and let stand.
Get out the rolling pin and pizza cutter and start making spaghetti.
Fresh basil from the garden.
Basic tomato sauce and serve.
Sunday morning was my take on stuffed hash browns.
Start by cooking chopped bacon with onions and set aside. Get the shredded hash browns cooking, then add the bacon and onions back on. Add sour cream and cheddar cheese.
Cover and flip to melt the cheese.
Serve with coffee and Bailey's.
Then for dinner last night, it was mesquite spatchcocked chicken.
Served with corn and potatoes fresh from the garden.
Over all a great weekend.
