This is pretty cool. 30 second video on your weekend bean pot. Growing up we always had a weekend bean pot going, or so it seems.. I season mine different now, but back in the beginning it was umbrella salt, McCormick Powder pepper and a few sprinkles of Lawry's. These days I go 3/1 :. 3 parts chili powder 1 part salt. He's right Casserole packages a good fresh bean.
