Wednesday Night Pork Steak Pron

Had my butcher slice up a 7 lb Butt for me. Tossed them on the Weber. Had Mac n Cheese and a salad.

My pan is clean, really. Great alum pizza pie pan. I guess I should take some oven cleaner to it.

To be honest, I have not found a rub I really like yet. On these I just used some Mrs Dash, I know they come out good with it.
