Weber Smokey Mountain

We use 2 18's and 2 22's for comps...2 butts in an 18 and 2 briskies in a 22...no need to re-fuel when cooking hot-n-fast...5 hours for the briskies...6 hours for the butts @ 325-350 degrees on a single load of Kingsford Blue...
The other 18 and 22 are used for chicken and ribs...have fun!
