Warm Mi day.

Well it was a nice 45 degrees yesterday so I got a nice pork tenderloin and got the smoker going.

Got it to a nice 190 and wrapped it up and stuck it in a cooler for a bit and it just fell apart.

Very tasty.

Had a high of 23F today in my neck of the woods.

We got to 67 today, so I cleaned the garage.

It isn't cooking, but it was good medicine for cabin fever.

You gotta love! Michigan's weather, almost 40 yesterday, and 12 today with below zero tonight, with about a foot of new snow in 3 days!!

18 f as i type this note @ 10:27 pm. at least mother nature is finally making some ICE again. I need go ice fishing.
