Wagyu brisket on the pellet grill

The old ball and chain bought me an almost 10 lbs Wagyu brisket for my birthday and I decided to cook it today on the pellet grill that I bought to take down to my folks house. I got tired of loading up a smoker to take with me every time I went to visit, so I picked up the camp chef pro se on clearance from Walmart and really like it. Finished it with some fried potatoes and a few other sides

Looks great and a nice brisket bend! So what do you think about the smoke flavor between the pellet grill and P. Maximus?

Pretty similar. Better smoke ring with the lsg. I didn't do any of the high smoke settings or anything like that. I just put it on 275 and rolled on
