BTW, I'd enjoy eating every entry in this throwdown, but when it comes to voting, I'll choose entries made with homemade rubs, marinates and sauces over entries made with commercial rubs, marinades and sauces every time.

Umm... Ok, in case you need help deciding, the picture doesn't show it, but I did mix my own rub.

I'm stuck.
Bouncing between two, both home made glorious-ness.
Kathys Faux Lamb leg
or Guerre's Mexxissippi beauty....

gotta go read threads yet AGAIN

So is there any way to un-vote? I voted for myself, and I shouldn't have done that. Excuse me y'all but I'm a pure green-horn to the throw downs.

No law against it but...you should have voted for Toast! :caked:

I was set on the Moose Meat until I viewed all the cooks.

They were all excellent entries but I had to go with Bucc.

Nice work and original

Thanks bro.

Most of us have had a black bean dish at the Chinese at some point.

I knew that pork and the marinade tasted good together, but add the hickory smoke and the charcoal and I wondered.
Tasted fantastic, honestly recommend others to try it.
Thanks for recognizing the creativity, I appreciate it.
