Wow, I am so glad I didn't look at the voting results before I voted, they could have influenced me. The scratch ingredients and interesting homemade rub are what got to me about Buccs entry. I have a soft spot for homemade rubs and sauces, I love the creativity and custom flavour that goes into making our own.
