I agree with Big George. There are too many great entries here. I'm gonna have to come back and look at it again later. Right now I'm gonna hit the fridge for some potato leftovers. :becky:

I think this was harder than voting for an entrée. Looking at the plates as a whole, there were others I would've dug into first because of the meat. But looking at just the potatoes and how they were prepared, I had to give it to bbqwilly. Now that's what I call a potato! Might not change the poll any, but I gotta call 'em like I see 'em. Great job, brother! :thumb:
