Fired up the Vortex today for some wings and poppers. Used both jalapenos and sweet peppers for the poppers with Bone Suckin Sauce Seasoning and Rub. For the wings I used Habanero Death Dust for the first time and cut it with Stockyard Apple BBQ Rub. Best wings I've ever had and I've had a lot of wings. I also put a little baking powder on and put them in the fridge for an hour before rubbing them putting them on the grill. Wanted a crispy crust and had read on here that helps. It sure seemed to. Added a chunk of pecan.
