Anyone ever cooked this? First time cooking venison, and from what I gather a denver leg has been cleaned and cut into several pieces. Wished it was a whole roast.

I don't know how anyone knows the deer is from Denver,
But I've cooked deer legs before, usually front shoulders....For me, I just put a rub of whatever on it, and cook it to 145 -150, you DON'T want it to cook past medium, as it's such a lean meat and will dry out.
