By NE San Antonio do you mean off I-35 in Selma? If so, if you look in the back, they have racks of wood from Butler Wood. They source all their wood from that company for all their stores from what I was told in Waco. I stopped and examined the wood at the Waco store a few weeks ago when I stopped on my way back home to Michigan, it physically looks like it's been seasoned. It's got a bit of a patina on the splits. Granted I don't know for sure, I'd go with what the Pitmaster said, but, it sure looked well seasoned to me.

I also had a load of fresh split but seasoned Post Oak in the bed of my truck to compare it to. :mrgreen:

That's the one.
I'm no expert on wood but had no reason to doubt what she said.
