Definitely opt-in, Breakfast sandwiches: sausage/bacon egg and cheese on biscut/english muffin coffee and juice. Easy to do and manage.

Opt in and weather it be donations or a small fee. I would rather have a good breakfast at a cost than try to make it free and cheap.
