Firing up my 26.75 OGT in an hour to cook a couple of 3 pound turkey breasts for dinner and a fatty for breakfast tomorrow. I have been real happy with Oakridge Game Bird & Chicken rub on the turkey and their Competition Beef & Pork rub on the fatty.

Can't beat the Oakridge "Game Bird & Chicken rub" on a turkey or any other form of poultry.
