Tuesday Night Supper Pron

I smoked 2 butts Saturday. The smallest one wasn't done until 8:30 PM The other one was at 185*. I decided to pull them both, and slice the larger butt. Tonight I decided to cube some of it and make hash. It turned out pretty good. Brian

Throw some eggs on there and I would eat that for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!! Looks great.
