I have to say besides being an extremely well run event, i go to troy to eat!!!!. Marc yanni puts together an unbelievable seafood spread for us Friday night at his restaurant. Ahi tuna, awesome scallops, calamari, and the highlight if the night squid ink pasta with seafood. Late Saturday night 2am ish at the contest site marc also always grills clams and Angus burgers. Troy also has orapellos, a mobile wood fired pizza that's over the top

Congrats to Q haven,Slims and Lakeside great comp hot as hell
rain blew sat morning and they hated our pork. We will be back
