Tri tip cooking type question

Hey all,

I got a few 3-4 lb tri tips in the freezer. It's raining like piss in calif so I was trying to decide how else I can cook em. I have only an oven with under oven broiler a crock pot and a wok. I was thinking stir fry, beef and noodles... Something in the crock pot.. thoughts? I have a 12" lodge ci so maybe sear and bake? Hit me up[ with ideas

Tri tip does well with veggies in a crockpot.

You can cook TriTip just about anyway you'd cook any other roast.
