Trailer size?

Looking at utility trailers to mount a cabinet smoker, sink roof prep table on. Wondering what is the best size for I normally go too big. Any examples for layout? Hoping to screen it with a swamp cooler so can do a little $ raising with it.

6.6x14 ? Be about the best size.

6.6x14 ? Be about the best size.

Tandem axle will pull better I suspect but cost is a factor so any concerns I should consider for single as I will be well below weight limit.
