As Mom was leaving she lamented the fact her chariot was dirty. So wife and I hopped in and to the “wash-car” place.

I missed the optimum IT. It cooked much faster than I thought. IT was 171*
It’s mostly for a green chile stew and wife wanted some sliced thin for grilled cheese sandwiches.
I was a couple Maker’s/Felony blends invested. This cut is probably one of the reasons all those electronic probes with WiFi and other wireless were invented. Just me and my Thermapen. I’ve always contemplated a DOT.
