Today,s project for the Santa Maria

Installed bearings with carriers on the crank rod of the Titan Santa Maria from Ash & Ember up until now I had built a side mount brassero,
added 1/4 inch thick bottom with fire brick, install some old wind wings I had from a grease cooker.
This is a real good cooker I'm truly enjoying it.

Yes it is covered except over the Santa Maria I need a bigger cook house or extend the roof.
