Nope just char coal which essentially is processed wood. But I will do the next bunch with a foil wrapped soaked woodchips.

You are right about it being processed wood. Its so processed that the char is not call wood anymore. The wood can be pine, ceder, alder, oak or any other number of woods. That is why they process it to char add a binder and form it. Great heat so, so flavor.

Not sure bro, all I know is Larry's pool and spaw wanted $300 for this grill / pit and we found it for $99 on amazon.com


( It's the identical one. Larry's I think came with a 3 year warranty or something though!
