Have company coming over for Xmas and Nellie made a point of telling them dinner @ 5.

First a $5.99 rib roast from Publix rubbed up with some Oakridge.

Put some baby backs onto the 22" rubbed up with "Sweet Money"

The roast followed next on the 18"
