Happy Monday, Pholks!

Enjoyed some PTO/Leave this weekend. Early show tomorrow after a busy weekend.

Started the weekend off right with a tribute to "The Few" in the RAF who held that country together by the skin of their teeth in Jul-Aug-Sep 1940.

Love all that, but the fried okra - I really love that! Have yet to do the Charlie Mills chicken, but did a sizeable cook last week of pulled pork and dressed it with that stuff & it went over big - thanks again for the heads up on that! Haven't had gyros in a while & need to fix that.

And - thanks to you and all others who do what needs to be done! :clap2:
