This summer road trip

Im planning a road trip this summer to see some family in FL. I want to make a few trips to some GREAT BBQ joints along the way.

Im guessing salt lick, and the misses would like to check out emrils restaurant in LA. Any other options along the route. Anyone know of a killer kosher deli in Los angeles?

On the New Orleans leg of the trip, consider traveling a bit north to Catfish Charlie's in Ponchatoula, La. Very good food and nice people.
