So I had some leftover brisket from Sundays cook. Didn't really want sammiches all week, so I made some quick chili. I will make this easy for everyone to follow along.

This is the Dutch oven/kettle mod.

Looks like a homerun all the way around. Love the CI dutch oven. Cat hair and spirit gum and a beard for your son is good for a couple of days. He'll itch so much he will change his mind.
