Decided to make some drumsticks and thighs, for dinner, tonight. Started out with 16 pieces of thighs and drumsticks and a bit of EVOO and some lemon Juice. The seasoning was John Henry's Texas Tickler. Let the chicken absorb the goodness, for about 2 hours, in the fridge.

After the 2 hours, got the chimney filled with Reg. Kingsford and ready to go on the kettle.

Split the coals to one side and started out by spraying the grill, with Weber grill spray and then putting the chicken on the grill.

This is the half way mark...

When the trusty Red Therapen indicated the internal temp., was at 180, I pulled it off the grill and foiled it for about 15 minutes or so. It was moist and juicy.

The leftovers will be used for a chicken salad for tomorrow's lunch.
