Just used my new Maverick ET-73 for some ribs over the weekend, it is really great to see the temp of the chamber as well as the temp of the food on the remote. Highly recommended.

The Nu-Temps are great. Wireless transmitters with probes. The receiver can 'listen' to three transmitters and cycle through the temps for you. I take the receiver into the house or wherever I am outside.
