It's finally here but getting it in place was a bit of a challenge! Ya gotta do what ya gotta do when you have a 12% slope from the front yard to the back and your foreman just might push 100 pounds after a big brisket dinner. First cook (brisket) is in progress.

I just came to this thread again to look at the pictures. I still can’t believe the amount of space that thing has. It’s insane
 
I came within 1 millimeter of ordering this cooker after months of research......before I changed my mind and went with a gravity feed.

Congrats on the new Yoder. It looks great, cooks great, and will do you proud. :-D
