I've seen something posted somewhere about getting butts thru the "stall" around 150. I'd appreciate info on getting thru the stall.
There ya go! Sounds like you got it!thanks, I did a Google on the topic and got plenty info there (even the physics of the stall). I'm going to wrap after I get some bark next time. Appreciate the response.
Several ways to get past the stall
1. Drink more beer
2. Wrap in foil
Cook at 300+ degrees and say, What's a stall?
I vote for drink more beer. :thumb:
I usually just crack another Lonestar and wait it out however I cook at 300+ and there is no stall to speak of. So about two beers is all I need.:heh:I've seen something posted somewhere about getting butts thru the "stall" around 150. I'd appreciate info on getting thru the stall.

I didn't say how big the bottles where 1 beer is 32 oz:becky:
4.6% ABV...but I just pulled a random 32 oz beer pic from a google image search. I don't drink that crap. If I am drinking a big beer it's a Chimay Premiere or an Old E 800 :wink:Peeps - %?
