Saturday night's dinner:
Roadside chicken with grill Yukons and Butternut squash...

Here we have some Butterball turkey breast sliced by me. Some stove top stuffing,
green beans and cranberry sauce.

I'm embarrassed to say that for dinner tonight we had a frozen pizza (not even a good one) and many nights are those meals in a bag or we eat out or whatever can be made in less than 15 minutes. When we can, we do cook and we do eat a lot of left overs from the weekend. But, my wife and I both work in the city and have an hour and half commute each way. When we get home, there just isn't much gas left in the tank. I guess it is the price of big city life... :sad:
