CATEGORY DESCRIPTION - PLEASE READ:

Time to Loin Up! Beef strip loin, beef tenderloin, pork loin or tenderloin, deer tenderloin, or whatever using the "loin" or "tenderloin" cut of an animal. Sirloin is not acceptable.

You may submit entries that are cooked from 9/30 through 10/17.

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on 10/17/2022.
