Don't know where all the pics went to some of the captions but oh well. Got the shiner 24oz at target here in Wylie.
 
Love that Fiesta fajita seasoning a little expensive but good. What is the cut of beef you are using?
 
Chuck roasts I picked up at SAMs. I also made a pot of pintos with the ham bone from thanksgiving with the fiesta pinto bean seasoning.

I think i would like those poblanos cooked like that.

And based on the testimonies, I think we need to work out a trade: Some of the Fiesta Fajita seasoning and the Fiesta Pinto seasoning for whatever you might want from the Great White North. (I make a pretty kick a$$ brisket rub. Just sayin')
