Tenderloin cook!

This is a tenderloin.

The ingredients for a good 12 hour bath.

Bath time!

On the WSM for about an hour or so. Threw a fatty on, just for the heck of it!

Waiting for the smoke. I had better beer in the house, but was too lazy to go get it.
