As the final act, we halved three apples and stuck them in the PBC for an hour and a quarter. Since I was using apple wood chunks as flavor wood, they're apple- smoked apples.
 
Been a long time since I've had domestic rabbit, yours looks really tasty!

I'll harvest the wild ones around here after a couple of good hard frosts, rabbit stew... yumm!

Urban bunnies, like urban squirrels, probably aren't the best eating, so I'll stick with responsibly raised local livestock.
 
Growing up I always wanted to taste Hasenpfeffer thanks to the loony toons. Now they can't air them. Still I'd like to try some Hasenpfeffer.
