somebody shut me the fark up.
Had some left over brisket from my brisket cook this past weekend, so decided it was time for hash.
Started by peeling, cubing and pre-cooking the sweet taters
They were mixed with some veggie broth and a bit of oil before the hit the oven for 30 min at 450F
Once they were tender, heated up a cast iron skillet and sautéed some scallions in some butter before adding the leftover brisket
Once the brisket was starting to get warm, I tossed in the sweet taters And added a bit of maple syrup
Once this was all incorporated well
I tossed it in a plate and topped with a sunny side up egg (seasoned with Q-Salt)
It was tasty!
