Sunday Dinner

Just a beautiful, perfect day for grilling yesterday. :-D

Started out with some shrimp marinaded in Italian salad dressing:

On to the grilled asparagus with oil and salt:

The main course - pork tenderloin marinaded in McCormick's Brazilian Steakhouse marinade and cooked indirect on the BGE with some mesquite for smoke:

My wife roasted some potatoes. The meal was delicious and a nice cap to a gorgeous day. :-D

It felt like the Last Supper here. NJ has closed all bars and movie theaters, and limited all restaurants to take-out only.

I'm restricted to teleworking from home. Crunch time is here in NJ.

I have plenty of food, charcoal, and adult libations to ride this out.

I will post cooks and enjoy all of your food pics to keep things upbeat here. :-D
