Sunday buckboard bacon/ABT

I finish up some buckboard I had in thr fridge yesterday. Also made a few ABT

That's it, brought some BBB seasoning and it has been sitting for over 2 months. I getting some butts cuz that looks awesome!

That buckboard bacon looks so goooooooooooood! Ive never heard of it. What am I missing. I would love to be able to try & make some. Can someone please tell me how?
