Took a chance, I usually cook short ribs as I can do smaller amount than full brisket but Costco had small full packer at 6.5 lbs so picked it up..


Might not show but clearly has both flat and point so wasn't a mislabeled flat.


Just wrapped and put back on smoker. Based on size I'm assuming shorter cook than normal but I'm about hour behind where I thought I'd be. Oh well, got nothing else to do


Just seasoned with natturiffic qsalt. Put my faith in member here ��

You can't go wrong with Naturrific. 6.5 lbs., you'll be eating before you know it. Just crack open another cold beverage and enjoy the relaxation.

Looking good! I like smaller ones too…10lbs or so…never seen one that small though!
