I'm going to do up a couple fatties to take to the mother in laws to snack on before easter dinner. Besides jalapeno's, what makes good stuffing?

Bleu Cheese, Fetta Cheese, Chedder Cheese, ya see a trend here. Also an Italian sausage fatty could be stuffed with that white seasioned sauce and ricotta cheese. For a Greek flavor try parsley and ment with fetta and Cavinders Greek Spices.
