I have a request for the stuffed loin that I served last weekend.
How much would you charge for a whole and or half loin like this?
No sides. Just drop off. No serving.
Would you deliver it sliced or let them slice it?
I am leaning towards slicing because if you don't do it right it can fall apart
kind of easy.

Stuffed with roasted red peppers, roasted pablano peppers,
sauteed vidalia onions and fresh peaches.
Roasting the peppers is pretty labor intensive.

I don't know, but it looks delicious! Yeah, roasting those peppers and peeling the skins takes a lot of time.

I would save time, buy the peppers already done. Figure out your exact cost of product and charge three times. Its a small job to price, so make sure you are making enough money to get a good pay for yourself. If your cost is $15, charge $45, you don't want much more than 45 minutes of actual labor into this. If you think that is not enough money, jack it a few bucks. Sometimes its not worth doing somethings from scratch for small jobs (peppers). Good luck!
