I decided to go with my Cookshack. I put in a 8.5 lb. butt spritzed with apple juice and rubbed with Sucklebusters Hogwaller,a couple rings of Kielbasa sausage and a couple Zummo's boudain links.*250 and hickory for smoke. Here are a couple starting pics.
