scored a 6lb. bone in ribeye for $5.85 per lb. so i cut it in 1/2(the other 1/2 is for x-mas dinner),marinated w/ balsamic vin,worchy sauce,&rubbed w/ fajita spice,uncle chris' steak spice,garlic & onion pwdrs.
done @ 300 over skeet & pecan to 130 then rested an hour.

That is one heck of a "pig sticker" too. In this case "Steer Sticker".
 
Looks dang tasty, my favorite steak is ribeye. When we have them on sale where I work the meat cutters call my department and let me know and cut me a few about that size. Next time I am going to try your marinade.
