It was time to do steaks on my new MAK 2 Star. So I picked up prime ribeye caps at Costco yesterday.
Oakridge Carne Crosta & Santa Maria for the rub.
Reverse sear is a perfect cook to break in the 3/4 upper grate.
Down to the sear grate and ready to pull.
Not bad for my first steaks on a new grill. I'll take it.
And a plate to eat. Garlic butter for the steaks.
