It was time to do steaks on my new MAK 2 Star. So I picked up prime ribeye caps at Costco yesterday.

Oakridge Carne Crosta & Santa Maria for the rub.

Reverse sear is a perfect cook to break in the 3/4 upper grate.

I remember Costco. :mrgreen:

I hit the meat department a bit hard at Costco this week as stock is getting back to nearly normal.

Keep an eye out as I’ve slated Thai Style Pork Belly Burnt Ends for lunch tomorrow.
