Served with fresh green beans, cooked with Q-Salt and walnuts, drizzled with olive oil and roasted in our small Dutch oven.

Where'd you get that little piece of what I presume is cast iron?
 
Would be a nice fit in the Jumbo Joe. A shame they don't make them of cast iron.

I have seen a cast iron version a few years ago, but the name escapes me. Google Lodge reversible griddle and that will get you started. There are a lot of options on Amazon.
