A day way off the beaten path.

Binghamton Spiedies:

Sliced London Broil and boneless chicken thighs, marinaded in Italian dressing, lemon juice, planed garlic, and salt for 24 hours.

Sliced Vidalia onions sliced into rings and grilled with quartered bell peppers:

The sammich:



Drunken Hasselback Salami:



Made a warm sauce of apricot jam, spicy brown mustard, Brown sugar, and brandy. Basted through the cook.



Granny Smith apples rubbed in brown sugar, wrapped in bacon, and dusted with Dizzy Pig Pineapple Head, They almost melted:
