I thought, I would do a practice cook (taste only) for my trip to Long Island this week for the Battle of the BBQ Brethren. I having been going back and forth as to which rub to use Sweet and Spicy or Spicy Apple.
I have cooked spares numerous times with Sweet and Spicy, but not often with Spicy Apple. Here are my results, and if you have sampled both, tell me what you would do, cause I have them at a tie. :thumb:
