Spares and butts FIRST PICS

So... Here's the real important question... How did they taste?

Great flavor on the ribs, meat practicly fell off the bone. Taste however was just a little grainy if that makes any sence.

Made a bed of coals with Hickory, then used a mixture of apple and pecan. 75% apple
I bought the ribs at Sams club. Nothing on lable says enhanced

Food looks great. The package might also say "self basting"

Great lookin grub. im headed to Sams Friday to pick up 12 racks of spares and 2 12+ lb briskets for Memorial day bash i throw every year. cookin for about 40 friends and family.
